Phillip Biber has been in the South Florida real estate market since 1990.  His experience ranges from Chief Review Appraiser administering a panel of over 6,000 certified appraisers to serving as Executive Vice President of Appraisal Enhancement Services, a national appraisal review firm acquired by FNF.

He conceived, co-wrote and produced a training video endorsed by Liberty Mutual for real estate professionals.  He has been featured on PBS’s Nightly Business Report and has been frequently interviewed for the Daily Business Review. Phillip has shared his extensive experience in the business as a featured speaker at numerous training workshops on real estate throughout the U.S.

He currently owns and operates Watermark Valuation Services, LLC and is a board appointed Special Magistrate in Broward County.  He is also partner of Bridgewater Design and Development where he designs and develops coastal, waterfront luxury properties in South Florida.  Phillip resides with his wife Eliane and daughter in Pompano Beach, Fl.
